I just wanted to say that this is absolutely phenomenal. It's a perfect way to begin the new year as far as submissions are concerned (or at least, that's what I think)

It's like you have a third eye into worlds that are spattered with untouchable creatures, lighting, and color. That's what makes you unique in styling and overall creation. :)

awesome work mate, dunno if I like the final filter over the top though, it detracts a little from all the effort you've obviously put into it in my opinion. Love the dynamic pose of the spider, you got the movement spot on. Cool pic.

I toned it down a tad and did a few touch-ups. Hope it works a bit better.

...in the Twilight Zone.

Definitely an improvement. Personally though I'd still like to see the spider in sharp focus with the foreground more blurred. Background is spot on. I tend to go a bit nuts with depth of field sometimes, but you want to draw the eye to the important parts of the pic. Imagine it's a camera shot, when focused on the spider everything in front and behind will be out of focus to varying degrees, the closer and farther away it is. I love the content, I think changing the focus could give it even more punch though. Just my thoughts...
